Three main living areas transition between french doors allowing for harmonious differnt use of spaces as you desire or require. The kitchen / living enjoys cathedral ceilings with double height windows that looks out to spectacular National Trust trees of Estate next door, as well as enjoying the Northern light and a sense of calm all day long. Dining Table can accomodate up to 12 guests comfortably. As can our extensive entertaining crockery and stemware collection. Living / Dining is a pavilion that seems to float above the lush garden either side. The pavillion is flanked by full room width and height windows to both North and South. Decent the stairs and french doors to another living space, surrounded by art and the pitched roof, an original room of the Carriage House, the historic ceiling and open fire place set the tone for a more cosy moment. Three generous bedrooms….. Bedroom 1, on the top floor of the original Carriage house, lay in bed surrounded by the canopy of grand old Oak Trees. Private, quiet and elegant. King Poliform Bed and Down Quilt. Bathroom 1 includes both shower and bath and views across to the city. Downstairs there are two further generous bedrooms. Both with comfy Queen Beds, and the second bedroom with a House of Orange Single Bunk Bed above the Queen, complete with fireman’s pole for quick exit from bed! Bathroom 2, tucked under the stairs has a marble bench-top, shower and toilet. In addition there is a seperate laundry off the kitchen and guest’s powder room. Double Undercover Parking and security gate allow for the convenience of off-street parking and weather proof entrance to the Carriage House. Outside areas are magnificent, a combination of paved and pebbled with lush garden beds. You really will think you are in a hidden oasis. Nespresso Machines, QLED Televisions, WIFI, Modern Kitchen Appliance, Guest access All rooms will be accessible except for the upstairs study which will be locked.
