Additional fire place in one living room is perfect for cooler nights playing board games or watching the footy/cricket. If you’d prefer your own game, the sweeping lawn of the securely enclosed vast front yard allows for family sport of any type. The backyard consists of lovely little pathways and veggie patches filled with herbs and tomatoes for your fresh cooking pleasure. My favourite place in the world is sitting at the outdoor dining table with the BBQ fired up, dappled light coming through the over hanging tree watching the kids playing in the pool. As the light fades, we like to light the outdoor fire pit. Both ocean and bay beached are a short distance away and adjacent streets allow public access to the national park that boarders the magnificent sand-dunes and cliffs of the Mornington Peninsula’s ‘back beaches’.
